DTS from Theatres

I have this DTS Audio disc which is used in the Theatres that contains 6 files with the extension are .AUD, I think that the 6 files are the 6 ch s. I've read the old posts and all have no conclusion, is there any way to convert this to AC3 or DTS played by the Home Theatres???

AFAIK there is not, since these are not normally legally obtained discs.
