View Full Version : How can I copy clips from a DVD and copy them back to another DVD

I am pretty much a novice at this and I'm looking for a simple guide if possible.

What I want to do is to take clips from a DVD (that I own!) and then use these to create another DVD, made up of a number of chapters. For example I may want to create a file that is time 0:10:00 to 0:12:00, and 0:32:00 to 00:34:30 from a film.

I have used DVD-decrypter, DVD-shrink and NERO to successfully copy full DVD's - I just want to have the ability to take clips without having to use IFOedit, create a DIV-x file or anything complex like that.

Hope I've managed to explain the dilemma - not so sure now!

Help!!

dvdshrink in reauthor mode along with it's trim function can do that! just drag and drop the vts you want the piece of, trim to the specific snippet, then drag the next (or the same again) vts and trim it again, and so on and so on... shouldn't be too hard
