I've written a replacement for Hauppauage's scheduling program.
I use it for all of my recording and it works great. Now I am looking for feedback from others.
Here's a quick feature list:
Allows you to set the recording quality for each show separately.
Start all recordings several seconds early and end a couple seconds late. The amount of time can be changed in the preferences.
Can store specified shows in their own folders.
Can automatically close programs that cause problems with recording
Can automatically free up space on the recording drive by emptying the recycle bin and/or deleting old shows. I haven't seen any other program that does this.
