Automatic batch DivX two pass conversions

Is there any program able to automaticly convert more video files to DivX AVI format with two pass conversion? Like batch process, but with two passes. I found so many batch converting programs, but not single one is able to work with two pass.
And to avoid one wrong way - it is not possible to convert batch of files at once with 1st pass and then the same batch with nth pass encoding. Data for conversion are stored in single divx.log file and it is video file dependant :(

Any idea?

DrDivx supports bach processing.
Also you can manually do the 2pass encodes using VirtualDub(mod) batch processing.

DrDivX has very erratic results, sometimes it resizes video in absolutely crazy way. I dont like this app. And VDUB is OK, I'm using it now, but I want some "drop video & go" app.

And GK is fine, but requires more manual processing, AutoGK - too simple and no ability to set codec properties...

I wants something like Video Cleaner, but with 2pass

I do automatic batch conversions using avs2avi and XviD. I don't think you can compute a target bitrate or filesize automatically with DivX using my method but if you already have a target bitrate in mind, that shouldn't be a problem. Since I posted this I've refined the method of computing target filesize for 2nd pass by parsing XviD's video.pass file . Similar things may be possible for DivX, but I think one limitation for DivX is that you may not be able to change the bitrate for the second pass.
