This is my regular rant about MPC not saving the last aspect ratio/scale used on exit. It's the only thing that prevents me from switching from Zoom Player to this otherwise great player. It's a missing option that pisses me off as there isn't even any shortcut key to jump to 16:9 mode. You have to select it manually each time from the menu.

This would not be such an issue but I use a remote keyboard and TV and Nvidia TV out, so that when I open the file - by hitting enter, whilst the file is highlighted and MPC is set to be the default player - it goes fullscreen on the TV and I can't see the player anymore to change the aspect ratio if needed.

THIS IS ANNOYING! Zoom Player saves it. Any chance of adding this feature to MPC? I've only been asking for it for like over a year now :)

No response...typical.

12) How NOT to post on this forum:

5 minutes after your initial post you reply to your own post writing something like "Why is nobody helping me? I'm sure you know the answer". Once somebody replies to your thread but doesn't give you exactly the answer you've been expecting you insult them.

The 'typical' comment was not aimed at anyone in particular (At least not Gabest). Just a moan in general for not getting a response from anyone. Total lack of interest in what I had to say for some reason. And I did not post it 5 minutes ago if you had checked the date.
Anyhow. It's been over a year since I requested said feature. I know I should not 'expect' this feature to magically appear on a 'free' peice of software just because I want it. I know that. But I still like to moan ;)

I must be the only one who needs such a feature (Still too many folks with 4:3 TV's I guess) :P
