Need help fixing red color problem

I need help fixing the red bleeding problem (see the picture). The clip was captured in YUY2 format. Is there any AVS filter that can fix this ?

BYW, what's causing this ? is this chromashift ?

looks like a simple chromashift-prob for me.

Download the DLL and try out:

Chromashift(L=-4)

It's a bit unprecise but I think that shift is more than the typical -2-shift of a TV-Cap...
