That is much like asking for a comparison chart comparing the main features between Apples and Oranges, or Elephanths and White Mice.:D

Comparing the features of the other programs in the IFO/VOB Editors subforum might be useful to some, but DVD2SVCD (DVD mode) and DVDMake Pro are two very different programs, with very different uses, they are both programs that might be used when backing up DVD's, just like Elephants and White Mice are both Four legged mammals, but for practical purposes they are two very different things.:)

DRM is coming along and getting a VERY nice feature set. Unfortunatly you still cant open a DVD and do all the editing with just one tool. We have quite a few projects by members of doom9 with similiar goals. It would be nice to see them work together so they didnt each have to reinvent the wheel, but could cont to optimize and add features. Derrow is back and ifoedit work has resumed, but DRM provides alot of the funtions of ifoedit with a better GUI, so it would be nice to see Derrow add the features of ifoedit and his knowledge and skills to the project. rOLZ PgcEdit is another great project, in many ways parallel to both ifoedit and DRM. Both of them are asking for donations for their programs, so why not join up with Dimad and make some money. jdobbs and DVD Rebuilder has a different focus, but often must restructor the DVD and would add the much needed compression to DRM.
