Is there a way to take different scenes from different DVD's and add all of them to one DVD? Is there a guide to do this or how would I be able to go about this?

If you don't want menus, then use DVD Shrink's Re-authoring mode. Guide (http://www.dvdshrink.info/guides.php#reauthor)

If you do want menus, then you'll have to use re-authoring tools like DVD Lab or TMPGenc DVD Author. Both have 30 day full working trials to you to use.
