I captured a VHS tape to my computer using MGI videowave. I want to make it a DVD. When I capture the video it gives me this little wavy line at the bottom, it only shows up when I watch it on my computer's DVD player, and sometimes a little bit on the tv like in bottom the corner, I was wondering if there is someway to clear up the lines at the bottom or not. Or if anyone knows why it does this, is it just a thing that happens with tapes because it does it with tapes that I have recorded shows on too.
