Color is off a little

Not sure where this takes place but when i make a backup copy of one of my DVD, I've noticed on playback that the color is off especially the red and the white.
Also sometimes it turns out as black and white unless I play it back on a PC DVD reader. Anyone know why this is happening?

I use DVDShrink and Nero 6.0
