trouble playing some copies

can anyone out there tell me why the first burn listed below, done with dvdxcopy will play in any dvd player, while the disc info listed 2nd, done with dvd decrypter has trouble playing in most dvd players? i see that the disc burnt by dvdxcopy says 'STATUS: incomplete" and 'SESSIONS: 2' on the copy which plays good. what does this mean? thanks, tom lady killers..xcopy..memorex..PLAYs FINE...
