Hi,

I have a bad DVD that I really need to fix! I was able to extract all the VOB files intact, but the other files (IFO, BUP, etc.) are damaged and cannot be copied to my hard drive.

How can I make a playable DVD from just the VOB files? (I can join them all into one VOB using Simple File Joiner if that would make it easier.)

All I need is a simple IFO file so I can open and edit the VOBs in TMPGEnc DVD Author or a similar DVD editing program. They all look for the IFO file before you can use them.

Thanks!

Mark

If all the VOBs are undamaged, just load the first VOB in IfoEdit and create a new IFO.

If you have subtitles in the VOBs, you might want to edit the color table in the new IFO, otherwise they will be displayed in green.

Thanks, I'll try it tonight.
