If, from the VMG Overview, I double-click on a menu entry that has an associated VOB, and my display is set to other than 32-bit mode, I get a pop-up saying, "Only 16,24 and 32 bits color display mode are supported for rendering". When I dismiss that, IfoEdit crashes due to an attempt to write to an invalid address. ("The instruction at 0x0045a3d9 referenced memory a 0x01af9000. The memory could not be written.")
The pop-up is misleading because I get these results using both 16-bit and 24-bit color; it's only 32-bit that works. (Display size is 1024x768 on an ATI 3D RAGE PRO AGP 2X.)
It's somewhat annoying, because while I usually run at 32 bits, one of my son's games resets the display mode to 16 bits, so I never know when IfoEdit is going to crash on me.
(I'm using IfoEdit 0.96.)
