Hi, I tried using DGDECODE with DVD-RB since it was said to be supported and supposed to be much faster but am getting audio sync problems. Anybody else experiencing this? I reverted back to mpeg2dec3dg.dll and the sync problem disappeared. I was trying to backup the Star Wars Bonus DVD.

My first posting here, I've done a lot of backups successfully prior to this and the only thing I changed is the Decoder after I got the newest DVD-RB 0.64a using CCE SP.

Excellent program this DVD-RB. I used to use Shrink then tried this and never looked back since. :D

Also one other thing. Is ne1 having problems with RBFarm with this new DGMPGDEC? It will encode on the server machine, but the rest of the hugs give me a framesize not supported error. If I use just RBV on the same machines it will encode fine. Its not a network drive issue. The source is a mapped drive for all to share.

I used it today without probs.

Probably you forgot that w/RBF the DVD-RB version , setting and Dir Structure MUST be the same on all machines.

So you probably forgot to put DGDecode.dll on one or some or all client machine(s).

In my case I had to put it into "C:\Programmi\DVD-RB\DecodeFix1.10" and (not needed in order to run RBFarm only) change the Decoder setting under setup menu of DVD-RB from mpeg2dec3.dll to dgdecode.dll.

Hoping to solve your Prob.

Bye!!!!!

P.S. @jdobbs : minor bug or so it seems - w/DGDecode it (DVD-RB) doesn't display version , it gives Decoder version : vUNKNOWN. I'm using DGDecode.dll ver.1.0.12!!!!
