It's gui programmed in tcl/tk for ffmpeg, you can create: vcd, pvcd, svcd, pdvd and DVD.
And xvid with mp3 audio. Easy to use and of course under GPL license.
Include a matrix editor.

Warning! Do NOT CLICK ON THE LINK!! If you do, your desktop will be flooded with popups, even with popup blocker running! These are the nasty kinds of popups you wouldn't want to ever visit. Most will probably infect Windows to boot.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I've already filed a report on this scum.

uhmmm...
not in firefox :P No popups for me :D
But as the page is in ?spanish? and the guides are only the stuff done by Moritz bunkuz (great work never the less) or strangely translated garbage (c'mon... noone wants to run dvddecrypter in wine... you can use native stuff :D)

Direct download and explanation:
http://xmanuelator.host.sk/xmffmpeg.0.1.a3.bin.tgz (binaries, you not need the tcl/tc)
http://xmanuelator.host.sk/xmffmpeg.0.1.a3.src.tgz (the source .TCl you need the tcl/tk, and of course you can improve/modifiy/translate...etc...)
In both files you can find a README english text.
I think it can help to you. ;)

Hmmm...
I didn't get popups with Firefox under windows, but I certainly did with IE (just to check). Noisy and intrusive ones, too.
@Fl0ppy:
I've taken the liberty of altering your post to remove the link. I can understand the desire to cut expenses by having an ad-supported website, but your advertisers methods violate Rule #5 (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm).

Well, I'm running FireFox 1.0PR in Fedora Core 3 with both popup blocker and adblocker enabled and I got popups out the wazoo. I wound up having to force quit FireFox to make it go away without a hundred new windows popping up. Maybe FC3 has a problem with their revision of FireFox. I might want to report that to whoever is maintaining it.
