Error - AVS File is not outputing

After using Rebuilder 0.55 with CCE Basic successfully for a few weeks, I decided to try 0.64 with QuEnc 0.54. The only differences I'm aware of are the version of RB, using QuEnc instead of CCE, and using DGDECODE.DLL instead of MPEG3DEC3DG.DLL. Anyone else experiencing the same error?

Yes, it's been mentioned in the v.63 error msg AVS file not outputing? (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=83369) thread and in the Rebuilder Errors (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=83445) thread (where I provided the work-around that I've been using).
