divx editing

I need a program to cut out ads for divx files.

Kinda like MpegVCR for mpeg2.

Something simple and fast.

Hello, and welcome to the forum.

Cuts must be made at key frames (I-frames) only. Unfortunately, Keyframes (by default) can be 300 frames apart, or even further if defaults are changed. Any other cut point will require re-encoding.

You can use VirtualDub or VirtualDubMod for either cutting or re-encoding, but the latter will defeat your purpose (quick, easy).
