Please post your configuration, avi-synth version, mpeg2dec3 version, etc.

Did you try also to use the "special error processing" option?

I just started receiving this error as well. Runtime error 9 - subscript out of range. It happens whenever I load a video_ts folder into the source window :(

I just put together this computer, and I am just trying to get this working again. This prolly has something to do with my new setup, but I really am at a loss as to exactly what it could be. I know I have everything set up correctly as far as DVD-RB is concerned.
anyone have any ideas?

seems my drivers may be acting funny perhaps... I'm getting an error from WinDVD6 as well.. some memory reference error.
Durn it, I'll post back when I get it fixed. In the meantime if anyone has any ideas for me I'd appreciate it a lot :)

----
Edit- it must be my drivers... I can load a video_ts file into DVD-RB from a folder, just not from my DVD drive, or my virtual drive. I can also load a folder straight into winDVD6 without a problem.

2nd edit- it also seems to have no trouble copying the directories off of the drive onto the harddisk, but its really just adding pain to the process, as I used mounted images normally. I guess I'll have to try re-installing the drivers. It was working before too, at least playing with windvd... which I cant seem to do off the drives now. the only thing I can think of that I did was install CCE SP and eccle. any suggestions would be much appreciated.

well, I'm still having problems with this, and havent been able to solve it. Any suggestions short of re-formatting would be much appreciated.

Well, I'm still having problems with this, and its really starting to get my blood boiling. I've narrowed it down to being my virtual device drivers installed by either alcohol or daemon. As soon as I install either or, BAM I cant read the dvds as movies or load them into dvd-rb.

Well, it looks like if I close anydvd I don't have any problems, but if its running at all (even disabled) I get errors. This has never happened before.... but at least I can (hopefully) just use anydvd to rip with alcohol, and then close it down to watch movies or convert with DVD-RB. Very strange, I wish I could figure out what the conflict is so I can fix it. but for now, if I can work around it, it will do.
---
edit - apparently the last 3 images I made are all still giving me that error, but an older one I made on my old compy is wirking fine without anydvd running... I think anydvd may have screwed the pooch on this one... I need some sleep.. I'll update more on my progress on this tomorrow

Finally solved my problem. It turned out to be a conflict with Nvidia's IDE drivers for my mobo. Apparently they dont like anydvd.
