Hi,
i am trying to copy a dvd-9 to dvdr. I have all the programs that dvd rebuilder needs.i mean avisynth 2.5 , cce basic , Mpeg2dec3dg.dll.when i try to load the VIDEO_TS folder to source path,it gives the "run-time error 6" and crashes.

I searched the forums and found that there was one such problem in 0.27 version,but not any more.But i am still getting this error.I am not able load any dvd,not even a dvd5.i think there might be problems with my setting,but i did all as the guide says...:confused:
please help me...
how to make it work....

thanx

This may be related to the language you are using. Could you identify what country in which you reside?

This problem can be only resolved by the language change, English.
Or, like me, install vmware and another english version window within your OS.

I've seen this problem before with (as I recall) Japanese and Korean language support. I really don't have any experience in this area. If anyone who understands the application of Unicode in these languages can give advice, it would be greatfully accepted.

I get a "runtime error 6 - overflow" every time, I try to start DVD-RB 0.65. My OS is Win XP Pro german version. With older versions, I've never had any problems.

@jdobbs - could it be related to use of the TextWidth method on very large Strings? (See MSDN Knowledge Base article 298825.)

@Gorthal

There is a problem with a small percentage of the v0.65 packages I sent out. It is related to a program checksum verification routine that runs when it starts, it may also surface as a popup window that says the program code was "tampered with" -- I will fix it tonight and send it to those who are experiencing the problem. Sorry I didn't catch it in testing.

@Everyone else

If you don't get this error immediately the first time you run v0.65 -- it doesn't apply to you.

@jdobbs

Thank you for the quick reply. Do I have to send you my email-adress, or do send out the fixed version to all VIPs?

Anyone who got this error should have received an update with a fix today.
