STAT: Processing C:\Program Files\DVD2SVCD\Movie\MPlex_Muxed_File00.mpg...
ERR: Error opening C:\Program Files\DVD2SVCD\Movie\MPlex_Muxed_File00.mpg: No such file or directory

I have tried Recovering from an ealier position but the same error occurs.

Here comes the DVD2SVCD troublehooting wizard. (Music in the background :D)
I guess your avi has mp3 audio. Right?
Be sure, you unchecked 'Use source audio' in Audio tab. If not, uncheck it, and then rerun the proect. Did this help?
If not, I guess your audio sample rate is 44100 and you converting NTSC to PAL. Right?
Then manually resample audio to 48000, and feed D2S with the avi file, containing the resampled audio. Did this help?
If not, post your entire logfile!

The FIRST solution (Uncheck the Audio) worked as it WAS MP3. I used GSPOT to check it with.
