*** EDIT ***
I rolled back to 3.00 and the problem is gone!??

Anyone else have this problem? The only differenece between 3.00 and 3.0.1 appears to be a changed from AC-3 Encoder to new Sonic Audio Transcoder...hmm....

*** ORIGINAL POST ***
EVERY single time I import subtitles (.sst file)...I get an access violation!

I do get a progress bar in my info window, but after a while, Scenarist either locks up, or displays the access violation:

I'm thinking about rolling back to 3.0 or 2.7...

I have yet to hear of someone who did NOT have a problem with Scenarist 3.0.1.....

seems they changed the core structure and unless you have a fairly new / powerful machine your going to run into problems.

My personal advice is to stick with 2.7 or 3.0

Thanks for the reply.

I concur! I have left 3.0.1 on my system only to use the new AC3 encoder.

Also, if I want to go the Export/ScenChap/Import route, I use 3.0.1 to fix the issue with offsetting EVERY chapter when accounting for drop-frame.

Alternatively, I'm going to try RB's sceneimport plug :)

Thanks again...glad to hear I'm not crazy :p
