DVDXCopy & Shrink/Nero

Is there any reason NOT to have more than one program to make back-ups of my movies? Is it possible that by having more than one program on my machine, that they will somehow interfere with each other (i.e.like using two anti-virus programs)? I recently started having some burning problems, and thought this might be why. Any thoughts? Thanks!

nope, not really... i've had several backup programs installed and haven't encountered any problems related to that fact.

still i have to say that i do not know dvdxcopy and therefore can't tell you if this specific combination will cause any problems.
