Put it in a swf file. Don't need to add anything else, just the flv. Not sure if there is another way. With flash you can add controls and stuff though, which could be usefull.

1. real media
2. quicktime
3. wmv

namo editor isnt giving me the crorct code... or if u can pint me in the right direction.
