Change Sub Stream when Changing Language

Hi all, I ripped the Italian version of "Big Fish".
I took 2 languages (Eng + Ita) and 4 Subtitles (Forced Eng, Egn, Forced Ita, Ita).
When I put the DVD in an Italian reader I start with Italian language and ITA Forced Subtitle on.

I would like this:
When I change language to English, automatically Forced Subtitles Eng are selected.

Is this possible?

I'm guessing when you say "italian language" you mean the italian audio track, not the language in which menus are displayed, right?

I'm not an expert with these kinds of things, but I think if you intend to change the audio stream by pressing the audio button on your remote (i.e. selecting the next audio stream), I don't think you can change that to also select the right subtitles. But I might be wrong here.
However, if you intend to go to the "setup" menu of your DVD (assuming you have one) things might be easier. You should be able to change the behavior of the setup menu to also change the subtitles when you change the audio stream.

You are right, I did not explain well, I have no menus, so I want to change the subtitle stream while changing the track audio by pressing "audio" on the remote.

mmm, I'm really outside of my expertise here. I'm not sure whether / how you can modify the behavior of the remote control buttons.
If you find that you can, I would be really interested to know...
