Hi there! I just bought the Philips DVP 630 standalone, Great machine!!! It plays everything I put in, and the AVIs look better than in the computer! I would like to know if somebody know how to make the player Region Free, or any link for that?

Yes SeeMoreDigital, and thank you for the advice to get this exelent player, I wanted to buy it before but the people of Media Markt in Germany were delayed with the delivery.
It plays everything, of course not AVI bigger than 2GB (The player doesn't show anything) I've tried only DivX movies and on the TV screen looks better than in the computer, I will probably make some tests with XviD or Nero Recode 2.
The subs I've made in those movies, look pritty small on the TV... but not in the computer, I will need to find a better fonts size.
