Here's the full story :
1) a 2 DVD movie ripped with DVDDecrypter (GK 0.28.8)
2) VOBs "prepared" (each DVD separately) with DGIndex (GK 0.32.0b)
3) got 1st AC3s with delay 0, and 2nd AC3s with delay -74
4) "fixed" 2nd with besplit 'BeSplit -core( -input original.ac3 -prefix e:\track -type ac3 -ending ) -split( 0.074 )'
5) joined the two AC3 with besplit 'besplit -core( -input E:\join.lst -prefix e:\joined.ac3 -type ac3 -join )'
6) VOBs "re-prepared" together (all VOBs from the 2 DVDs) with DGIndex, and XviD encoded (GK 0.32.0b)
NB: I DGIndex-ed two times cause of this delay. First try, I encoded all the stuff in one time, and had a worse async ...
NB: I dont want to encode the two parts separately because they dont have same lengths and then I dont want to get different Bits/Pixel
Here I am : playing XviD & AC3 streams with MPC shows async where the 2nd part starts ...
Thank you again for your help.
