Can some1 tell me if its possible to make a button who whenu click on hit(if it in a dvd-rom) will popup a browser with the page?

You would require this:

Maestro and DVD SP 2/3 can do this kind of authoring as standard, however this requires use of the Syzygy player, if you intend to playback your Title on the PC. I only mention DVD SP because it is, in essence, Maestro for peanuts, and would be the cheapest software purchase for this kind of authoring, although, of course, you would need access to Mac hardware in order to use it.
