I have DVD Decrypter and I am wondering how you can just rip like one Scene or part of a DVD like on TV show DVD's.

How is 'every chapter' (file splitting or key checking, as those are the two options available in SmartRipper's settings) going to help you rip a certain scene?!
In DVD Decrypter, just use IFO mode and select the chapters / cells you want.
You can't go any smaller than that really. All you can do is feed the files into an editing package and chop bits off them.

I dont think you quite understood what I was getting at.
Your original post made is sound like the entire answer to this guys problem was to change one of those options to 'every chapter'.
Clearly just doing that wouldnt have done anything at all.
If you dont say what you're thinking, other's will guess at something different.
