Site with extremely rare dll files?

Does anyone know one that has ones that are only for specific hardware?

I lost the cd for my scanner a while back, and it wants vipersti.dll to install the drivers I found on the net.

I only found one site that supposedly had it, but it was a 35MB download, and I am on dialup. It had alot of other stuff on it too, apparently.

I need someplace that lets you download JUST vipersti.dll.
