Covnert PAL to NTSC

Is there a way to convert PAL to NTSC with DVD2SVCD in DVD mode? If there is...does it have good results? Thanks!

Q67 of the Q+A deals with this for SVCD.
Simply change the resize parameters from (480,480) to (720,480) and it should work fine for DVD2DVD.

The elegant method works best but is more advanced.
Try the quick ways and if you're not happy, have a try at the elegant way.
