Notebook as TV

I have a ps2, but donot have a tv.
Can I play Ps2 by using a notebook and a video capture card?

There are generally two types of analog capture devices: Internal - These are typically PCI cards that install into standard PCs, not notebook PCs.

External - These are typically connected via USB or FireWire, and include DV camcorders and MPEG-2 hardware encoders.For most notebook computers, I would think only external devices are possible. These may be suitable for watching TV, but in my opinion, they are not suitable for playing video games, as they introduce delay.

Sony VAIO notebooks may have capture devices built into them. It is a proprietary technology called "Gigapocket" and I know nothing else about them.
