Is it posible to make a Bluescreen with Avisynth?

Hi. I would need some help. First I have to say I'm not sure bluescreen is the right word for what I'm talking about. I don't mean that stupid thing Windows show when it hangs. ;)

What I want to do is to take a clip with blue (or green) background and change the blue (or green) background something else, another clip. In other words I want to something like that thing that people do when they're showing weatherforecasts. I hope you understand what I'm talking about.

Is this posible to do with avisynth? What would the script look like?
