i wonder which settings do they use ? GSpot beta (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=82313) will list many of the settings used to generate the Mpeg4 (DivX, XviD etc) encode.

Cheers

Hey, open the movie with the new Vdub 1.6, go in options-preferences-timeline and set it to show frame size(frame lenght)

look if every alternate frame is only 8 bytes in size,
i just found two movies with these settings, and obviously if is possible to have b frames of only 8 bytes showing normal motion the quality/size ratio will make a jump.
