This was introduced to me as a new codec. is the past codec (WMV9?) heterogeneous? the difference in the feature ? I hold details and am not competent.
Please give, if there is information.

Windows Media Format 9.5 SDK
Purpose: Stream content to network devices, such as digital audio receivers, and support features such as playlist burning. Use the new Windows Media Video 9 Image v2 codec for improved image quality and complex transitions, and use the new Windows Media Video 9 Advanced Profile codec to encode content from a variety of professional video formats.
Audience: ISVs
Supported operating system: Windows XP only

I am sorry to disappoint you. I can't find any proof of a new windows codec on the Microsoft site. The Windows media format 9.5 SDK seems to come with an 9.0 codec.

some video´s links to samples encoded by SDK 9.5 ?
I dont think ther is many differnce 9.1 or 9.0 just likes Divx 5.1.1 or 5.2.1

The most significant difference in this update is the advanced profile of wmv9. WMV9-AP allows for encoding of interlaced video (a benefit if it is originally video and will be played on an interlaced device, i.e. your TV). Currently, WMV9-AP only allows single-pass cbr or single-pass quality-vbr encoding.
With the installation of WMP10, you also get WMA 9.1 - not a lot of difference, just a few more encoding templates
