Targetsectors

Hi there !
Really likeing this program, but i cant get it to work the way i want
I want the final output to be smaller then 4gig, so i put this in to my ini

BackColor=16744576
ReduceOpt=3
Completed=1

The thing i wrote extra was Targetsectors=2070740
but the output was still 4,31gig
Am i doing something wrong here?

TargetSectors=2070740 need to be in the [Options] part.
