Transport stream to XVID

I have been trying to do some ts>xvid encodes, but I can't seem to get a handle on what bitrate to use in relation to the size I want the final avi to be! I encoded one ts and got 3 different end results..Any ts>xvid guides anywhere....

Just use AutoGK, no bitrate input required.

XviD got an intégrated bitrate calculator, just use it :)
