What XviD settings you recommend for this kind of source?

Digitally rendered images (BMP-format) should be combined to AVI with 30 fps

They are 3DMark03 and 3DMark05 image quality frames. What would be good encoding settings for 1024x768 resolution? Each AVI lasts about 1 minute and 30 seconds.

File size should be about 50 MB for each AVI

At that bitrate you could try a high bitrate matrix. I think there was a matrix targeted at cg content, but I don't know if that is still an actual one, as I never use custom matrices :P (I think it was called cgi matrirx or so, but any high bitrate matrix like Andreas68er, FOX Home Theatre and the alike should do) Other than that, just encode away.

I would enable VHQ4, Trellis and ChromaME if you haven't done already.

Use fixed Q2 encoding with the default settings (except bframes disabled,VHQ4 and trellis) and look at the resulting file size.
Too big? Enable bframes, enable GMC and AQ and use a lower bitrate matrix until you hit your desired quality/filesize.
Too small? Use a higher bitrate matrix until you hit your desired quality/filesize.

Now I'm planning to save each video clip to one CD with superb quality. I calculated that there is about 26 Mbit/s bitrate as average for each clip with 1024x768 resolution and 30 fps frame rate.

Is that kind of insane bitrate good for XviD to encode or should I use other encoder or just trying to drop average bitrate?

As far as i know xvid can handle that bitrates.
You only need an hardware capable to decoding so much data.
