I have these odd vertical analog noise lines in this capture and need help removing them, as well as the noise specs you see in the images. I don't know how to battle this combination of noise.

I tried using the Peach but after using it the noise was still there, just more blurry. I can try to use that DeFreq plugin, but looks complicated.

DeFreq is VERY easy to use. There is a debug mode that tells you the parameters to use and it pretty much hits it dead on.

The results are amazing.

I can you give a very simplified view of what defreq does. It makes a Fourier transform. The nice thing is that fourier transform of lines such as you have, That is recurring and somewhat sinusoidal, come back as easily detectable points in this FT space. Take a look at the samples in the topic and you'll know what to look for.
