I have tried to use MKVTOOLNIX but it is not so easy without a GUI and I donīt why, I cannot extract the attachments.
There is a tool with GUI that I can see chapters, AVI, audio, attachments... on a MKV file and select to extract to a folder?

I cannot extract the attachments. You mean the attachments? then, MatroskaProp is the gui for windows you need. Custom-install Matroska Pack Full (http://packs.matroska.org/) so MatroskaProp 2.6 will be installed (check the checkbox for it), then right-click your .mkv icon, go to properties --> "Matroska Attachments" tab. You can see all the attahcments as a list and there is a 'save as' button there.

If what you want to do is demuxing, you can use VirtualDubMod as a simple demuxer too.

Please get Matroska Prop 2.7 (http://www.jory.info/matroska/) instead as it includes several bug fixes.

Too bad Matroska Prop doesn't tell us the framerate of a clip in the tooltip :-\ Would be very handy to say the least!
