removing unwanted angle

hey, i have starwars episode 4 Italian region 2.
i can't backup it with dvd rebuilder because it has multiangles (english and italian i think for the intro titles).
is there a simple way to remove the english angle and keep all menus and all of the other things of the original dvd?
if i remember it was possible with dvddecripter but i couldn't succeed.
