Howdy,
I live in Australia (PAL land) and received a giga-byte X800 XT PE video card for my birthday from my grandmother in america :)
upon installing it and trying to set up the vivo for it, the drivers seem to have defaulted to NTSC, and I can't capture a PAL signal. According to the manual, I should be able to input PAL, but I can't find anywhere to set this.
I previously had an nVidia FX5600, and had to change a couple of registry keys over to get that to work. Tried searching through the registry for anything obvious but I couldn't see anything.
Have also tried searching through google and the forums here, but have had no luck.
Does anyone know of anything in the ati wdm drivers to force a PAL signal? or, with this card coming from the usa, would it only accept a NTSC signal? I tried a NTSC dvd that I've got, and the picture came up perfect, so at least I know the vivo does work.
