DGIndex giving invalid files?

Just downloaded DGIndex and gave it a DVD to demux and create a d2v project. It demuxed okay, and the project was created okay... problem is mplayerc "cannot render the file" either by playing the d2v or by playing the avs script I wrote... ideas? Anyone else experiencing this?

Post your AVS script and D2V File. Also what version of AviSynth etc you are using...

Here are the pieces of info you asked for (below). What is really odd to me is that if I generate the project in DGIndex, I get the unplayable files. If I do it in DVD2AVI 1.77.3, everything works just fine.

Please let me know if other pieces of info would be helpful.

Unless you have DGDecode.dll set to automatically load, then you should really add at the start of the AVS:
LoadPlugin("d:\DGDecode.dll") # Assuming DGDecode.dll is on your D:\

Otherwise, MPEG2Dec(3) or whatever plugin you have in your plugins directory will be used, and that isn't compatible with DGIndex D2V files

Thanks! So is it also a plugin issue when I try to load the d2v into mplayerc and I still get that error? How can I specify that mplayerc should use the DGDecode.dll also?

You can't. MPC has it's own D2V decoder, so unless you can convince Gabest to update it (or do it yourself by grabbing the sources and updating them), you're SOL. The file format for D2Vs has changed since DVD2AVI, after all.
