I intend to use resolume(vj software) with xvid encoded avis but i have very poor results,missing frames and co.does anyone have experience with that or how can i easily convert xvids or divx to another more easy playable formats(file space doesn't matter ,i only need decoding speed).I quote from resolume help:" Although resolume plays mpg and mov files, for the best playback result of movies you should use the avi file format encoded with the Cinepak or Mideo codec. The Mideo codec is developed by the guys from Midivid. It's especially developed with the VJ in mind. This means very fast decoding (playback) but also encoding".So please anyone help me with the conversion,I try friday to run it on a small dnb party
