I have recorded a TV programme using my Hauppauge Nova digital tv card, in a MPEG-2 format (.mpg). However i cannot make it into a transport stream (.trp file). They prompt me that it is not a standard file. If i am not wrong, i have to separate the video stream and audio stream and insert them individually into the software(stream combiner by Rohde & Schwarz). May i know which program i have to use to separate the both stream(audio and video) from a MPEG-2 Video.
Please help me!!!!

you could use tmpeg-mpeg tools or ProjectX

ok.. thanks for that.. but sadly, projectX gives it in a .mpv(video) and .mp2(audio). But my software only reads in .mev(video) and .mp2(audio). I think i have to figure it out myself... thanks alot anyway....;) :)
