I want an easy way to convert my PAL dvd’s to NTSC dvd’s. They are movie only (no menus). Any suggestions on software and a guide.
PS – I’ve tried to learn AVISynth, but it’s beyond me. I was hoping for something easier that would let me keep the AC-3 audio stream and look good.

Converting standards is beyond the scope of DVDRebuilder at this time, discussed here: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=82229
Converting standards with AVISynth (which is the best way to do it, short of an obscenely expensive commercial standalone converter) has been discussed in-depth in this thread: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=45459
(Relatively) easy step-by-step instructions for converting most standards can be found here: http://www.geocities.com/xesdeeni2001/StandardsConversion/index.html - though some of the instructions there have been improved upon in the above thread.
You'll still have to do the audio and then author the DVD yourself - there's no getting around it, as far as I know. Doom9 has some greadt DVD authoring guides. If someone else knows more, I'm sure they'll post it.
