I asked my math teacher about matrixs but I dont understand them. I like to understand them because it would help in encodeing with cce, and other encoders that allow matrixs to encode. thank you very much for your patinece

And besides that, there are no real matrix operations performed on these matrices. Just think of them as a 2D-Array where you divide values in another matrix by the values in this quantization matrix (e.g. field(3,4) in matrix 1 divided by field(3,4) in quantization matrix).
