Hi and welcome to the forum!

The thing you ask, is a how-old-is-the-captain typed question. Without any information it is hard to answear. That's why we always post our logfile, when we have a question. You can find it in the project library, where you asked D2S to save the files. It is a .txt file. Just paste it here!

WARNING! You seem to be using "Norton Unerase Protection" and
you want to delete the temporary files created by dvd2svcd.
This can cause DVD2SVCD problems. Even though DVD2SVCD deletes
the temporary files, Norton doesn't, therefore DVD2SVCD
might run into diskspace problems. I suggest that you stop the
"Norton Unerase Protection" Service.

Seems to me there is a problem in BeSweet using rate conversion (NTSC to PAL) in combination with resampling (shibatch)

-ota( -g max -r 23976 25000 ) -shibatch( --rate 44100 )

I had found this problem in one avi I was testing, but I didn't report anything, because I was trying to find more originals to test.

Could anyone confirm this?

@Moorezo
Please edit your post to be Rule 6 compliant.

I'm only trying to guess, may be it is not the same problem...

Does your "Encoded_audio_1.mp2" play well in WPM?
Take a look into "Encoded_audio_1.log", may be there is any error.

If the mp2 file does not play, uncheck in Audio tab
"Audio x Downsample 48 -> 44.1"
or uncheck in conversion tab
"NTSC to PAL"

Any of these settings will change BeSweet command.

This is just an advice, it may not solve your problem (it has nothing to do with it :) ) but try to keep all the paths to folders without spaces os special charecters (eg "c:\Program Files\...")... create folders for your programs and working files on the root of your hard drives (eg "d:\working_folder\...")...
as I said, this won't solve your problem (probably) but since I've started doing this, I got rid of many anoying and strange errors refering DVD Backups actions.

Thanks,
Tried those things but still get the same problem, the audio and video both encode fine i just can't multiplex them, tried using a different muliplexer(the one thats with TMPEG) but it seems that when i use that one the audio plays faster than the video so by the end of the film the sync is way out.
any one got any other ideas, thanks for eveything i get

Maybe the problem is with your source file...
Try to re-encode it with VirtualDub.
