I had been using 0.59 without any problems. I installed 0.60 and did The Twilight Zone (Disc 6) using One-Step Mode and got an error #0004 during the rebuild phase.
I replaced the 0.60 EXE with the 0.59 EXE one, and re-launched. I took it out of One-Step Mode. I clicked the Rebuild button to see if it would complete. It didn't; error #0004 (although in a different spot than it did with the 0.60 EXE).
I deleted all the files in the D2VAVS folder, put it back in One-Step mode and reran from the beginning with 0.59. Completed fine.
I was using CCE mode, with CCE SP 2.67.0.23.
I used DVD-RB to remove some audio tracks, but otherwise, the source was as it was on the disc. I didn't "pre-process" it using DVD Shrink or DVD Stripper or anything.
