MPC still being developed? & Feature request

Hello,

I don't know if Media Player Classic is still being developed. Last version from sourceforge project is March 27.

I think it's the best player around.

If it's still alive, I would like to suggest the following feature for next versions:

+ Allow open locked media files (files in use)

It's very handy when you want to play the file and edit it at the same time (BSPlayer has that feature).

It's the only feature that I miss in MPC. :)

Is there a way this can be done with MPC?

Would be nice to open a mpeg file, which is still in the recording process.

Perhaps this is be answered already, but i can't find it.
