there is many programs to do that. my question is what kinda soft you looking for? freeware? all in one?...
freeware- you can use DVD decrypter. just run the program and choose write mode. I believe you can use DVD decrypter even for bootable discs(not even for a movies), but can't say for sure- never tried that.
ISO Recorder Power Toy
i think DeepBurner can burn isos....
CDBurnerXP Pro
also you can use k3b under Linux. just get SLAX or other live CD distro (if you use window$ and have 2 disc drives) and you will be able to burn anything. I tested k3b under Slax for iso with my external dvd burner, and it worked perfectly.
there is one more freeware, which also can burn isos, but i can't remember how it is called... i think it is even open source...
from paid ones any would do. just try nero, alcohol 120% or any other with trial period.
